The White House was placed on lockdown Monday. According to CBS News White House Correspondent Mark Knoller, a would-be fence jumper got caught going over the perimeter bike racks but did not make it to the fence.
Officers were seen on the North Grounds. The lockdown has since been lifted and the suspect is reportedly in custody.
The Secret Service is expected to make an announcement soon.
