The development of humans today is falling to the wayside. Posture is being ruined by becoming slaves to electronic devices, games, poor sleeping positions, and sitting.
I want to point out how individuals upper backs are overstretched and weak. This leads to several shoulder issues. A simple movement such as the ring row or seated row can help correct posture. However, it’s going to take time. My suggestion work your upper back at least twice a week and stretch the anterior (chest).
