Borough Park – A crook slugged a cop in Brooklyn — and then escaped on foot sparking a massive manhunt in the borough on Friday.
Authorities are actively searching for the suspect, wanted in connection to a burglary at 6719 14th Avenue, according to police.
When authorities initially responded to the scene at around 12:30 p.m., they found two suspects standing outside and arrested them both.
NYPD said the third suspect, who assaulted the officer, was still inside.
When the cop went entered the building to try and retrieve him, the man delivered the haymaker and ran evading police and escaping through the streets of Borough Park.
