Lindsay Lohan’s loser brother doesn’t just have his dad’s name he is just as shady as the old man.
Michael C. Lohan Jr., 27, was arrested in Manhattan Thursday for using a forged New York State “Executive Branch” placard on the windshield of his car so he wouldn’t have to pay for parking.
A New York state police officer spotted the forged plaque, which displayed the state seal, on the dashboard of his 2015 Audi.
The luxury car was parked in a metered zone outside of his Gramercy Park apartment building around 5 p.m.
“This is my car,” he told the officer, according to law enforcement sources. “No one else drives it.”
The cop arrested Lohan, who hadn’t paid for parking in the metered zone, after he couldn’t produce any proof that he actually worked for the New York State Executive Branch.
Lohan was charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree and criminal impersonation in the second degree.
He was arraigned in NYC Criminal Court and released on his own recognizance.
