A suburban Cleveland police officer accused of using a sex toy on two women during an illegal traffic stop has pleaded guilty to charges including gross sexual imposition.
Aliza Sherman’s former divorce attorney was sentenced to six months in Cuyahoga County jail, three years probation and 350 hours of community service for charges related to lying to police regarding his whereabouts the day the former Beachwood nurse was stabbed to death and for bomb threats he phoned in to area courthouses.

On March 24, 2013, 53 year old nurse Aliza Sherman was fatally stabbed outside her attorney’s Cleveland office by an unknown assailant. Though surveillance video showing the attacker has been released by Cleveland authorities, the attacker has yet to be identified.
