New York – Two Israeli citizens pleaded not guilty on Thursday to orchestrating a massive computer hacking and fraud scheme that included an attack against JPMorgan Chase & Co and generated hundreds of millions of dollars of illegal profit.
Russian authorities have arrested an American citizen suspected of involvement in an Israeli scheme to run shares in the United States, and hack the databases of JP Morgan and other financial institutions.
Two Israelis and an American with ties to Russia have been charged in connection with an alleged hacking scheme against 10 financial institutions, news organisations and other companies, including JPMorgan Chase, Fidelity Investments and the Wall Street Journal .
