A 30-year-old man was shot to death while sitting in a vehicle in Netanya’s industrial zone, about 25 kilometers north of Tel Aviv. A 19 year old man was also moderately wounded in the incident and was evacuated to Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba with injuries to his upper body.
Police in Netanya have launched an investigation into the shooting.
Magen David Adom were notified of the incident after midnight Saturday, which took place on Gad Manla St. Paramedics arrived at the scene and found the 30 year old unconscious and not breathing, and soon after pronounced him dead after unsuccessful attempts were made to revive him.
An MDA paramedic said that the victim was found sitting in the vehicle with gun shot wounds to his upper body.
