NEW YORK – A man opened fire along a street in Brooklyn in the middle of the afternoon, striking another man. The shooting was caught on surveillance cameras.
The NYPD says the shooting happened at about 3:45 p.m. Sunday in front of 220 Malcolm X Boulevard at Jefferson Avenue.
The victim, a 50-year-old male, was shot under his arm and in his right shoulder. He was rushed to a local hospital in stable condition.
Police are on the hunt for the gunman.
He is described as black, 5’5″ tall, approximately 190 lbs. He was wearing a brown hooded sweatshirt and brown sweatpants.
