Drew Barrymore and her husband Will Kopelman are to divorce after three years, according to several reports.
The actress and the art consultant Will Kopelman wed in 2013 and have two children.
This was 41-year-old Drew’s third marriage.
‘They’ve been having some difficulties, but they remain close for the sake of their kids,’ one source told Page Six, which broke news of the split.
Another source said: ‘Drew had a very rebellious and wild childhood, with no family around her, and while she is a very different person now, and a great mother, some of that can stay with you.’
Drew first tied the knot aged just 19, but the marriage to bartender Jeremy Thomas in 1994 lasted less than two months.
Her second wedding, in 2001, to her Charlie’s Angels co-star Tom Green fell apart nearly as quickly and the pair split after five months.
Born into a famous acting dynasty, Drew was just seven-years-old when she starred as Gertie in E.T.
She had been into rehab twice before she was 20-years-old.
Since becoming a mother she has made a point of focusing on life outside the spotlight, determined to ensure her daughters have as normal an upbringing as possible.
She now runs a business empire that includes her own film production company, a cosmetics line and range of eye-wear.
Representatives for the couple did not immediately get back to totpi.com
