If you have any contact with Keith Rosario badge #215, I advise you to call 911 and ask for backup. He is a criminal and he is after women especially.
When he is off duty he claims to work as the following titles.

* Rope Rescue
* Rockland Paramedic Services
* Adjunct Instructor EMS Educ.
He works normally night shifts.
