Disgraced “Glee” actor Mark Salling is being accused of rape, according to a published report Sunday.
Salling, who has previously been charged with possession of child pornography, could soon be fighting another sex-related allegation if Los Angeles County prosecutors believe a 22-year-old woman who said she was attacked by the actor nearly four years ago, TMZ reported.
She claims the pair were preparing to have sex before she said no, “I can’t do this,” the woman has told cops, according to TMZ.
Salling didn’t take no for an answer and then forced himself on her, the woman claimed.
Salling played delinquent-turned-singing sensation Noah “Puck” Puckerman on the popular Fox show between 2009 and 2015. He appeared in 99 of the show’s 121 episodes.
The actor remains free on bail on the child-porn charges.
