Jay Mohr has begun divorce proceedings from Nikki Cox, his wife of 10 years, for a second time.
The actor filed for divorce for the second time in six months on Tuesday, according to TMZ. He cited irreconcilable differences and is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their 5-year-old son.
According to the filing, there’s also a prenuptial agreement in place.
Mohr, 46, initially filed in July 2016 but rescinded six days later, telling Page Six, “We are very married, very in love and that’s really all there is.”
At the time, he alleged that Cox, 38, self-medicated to cope with depression and that he feared for their son’s safety.
Mohr’s rep declined to comment.
