This man was caught for fowl play.
An Oregon man who pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a live chicken will have to register as a sex offender, according to the Mail Tribune.
Joshua Brian Woltmon, 27, of Medford was arrested on May 1 after he touched the sexual organs of a chicken “unlawfully and for the purpose of arousing and gratifying the sexual desire of a person,” according to court documents obtained by KATU-TV.
The original indictment also accused Woltmon of exposing his genitals while in a public place or in view of a public place, as well as menacing another person with a stick, according to the Mail Tribune. These charges were dropped as part of the plea agreement.
He was sentenced to 20 days in jail and two years probation.
Woltmon has also been convicted in the past of bicycle theft, fourth-degree assault for punching his mother, first-and-second degree trespassing and methamphetamine possession — all since 2014.
