A suspected terror attack on a Munich shopping mall Friday left at least nine people dead, including a possible gunman, and at least 10 others injured while triggering a massive search for other shooters that locked down one of Europe’s major cities.
Shots have been fired at a shopping centre in the German city of Munich, according to local police.
Islamic State claimed responsibility on Tuesday for an attack by an axe-wielding Afghan refugee on a German train, according to its online Amaq news agency.
A man armed with an axe has injured 10 to 15 people on a train in the northern Bavarian town of Würzburg, local police have said. Several were injured critically, the spokesman said.
